Landscape Design

// Are you building a new home and need help bringing your garden to life?

// Is your garden an embarrassment and forcing you into the hermit lifestyle?

// New Year, new garden? Are you struggling to put your New Years’ resolutions into action?

If you find yourself answering ‘yes’ to any of these questions, a landscape design may be just what the doctor ordered.

Following an initial site visit, we can provide you with a tailored proposal for your garden.

INITIAL SITE VISIT

A site visit helps to determine not only the location and surrounds of the garden, but also get a ‘feel’ for the site and your needs, which leads to a more cohesive design. Depending on the direction you would like to take, this visit may be as short as one hour or as long as three hours.

CONCEPT PLAN

Most clients prefer a number of concept options, depending on their style and functional needs. Usually three concepts are enough to get a good idea of what preferences you have. The concepts can be drawn in 2D and 3D to help give you a spatial idea of what can be achieved.

2D DESIGN PLAN

This plan is based on the concept plan you preferred and will include the changes we discussed. It may also include a planting schedule, suggested irrigation and lighting plans – however these will need to be further discussed with the installer or preferred professionals (Electrician, plumber etc.)

3D VISUALISATIONS

This option is ideal for clients looking for a greater visual representation of the proposed design. Like the 2D design plan, this plan is based on the concept plan you preferred and will include the changes we discussed. It may also include a planting schedule, suggested irrigation and lighting plans – however these will need to be further discussed with the installer or preferred professionals (Electrician, plumber etc.)

Construction Plan

Construction plans give details on measurements, materials and building instructions, should they be needed. A construction plan is great for those wishing to construct their gardens themselves. Alternatively, our design plans provide plenty of information for clients looking for a professional to install their garden.

Planting Plan

A planting plan is just that. A plan of what to plant where. This carefully designed plan, based on the existing or pre-designed layout, specifies the location, types and number of plants we would recommend to you.
